  Mayfield Homes is pleased to announce the formation of three new communities coming this year to an area near you!

 

Heatherwood (Presale starting Jan. 2008)

Located in South Fulton on Cedar Grove Road Heatherwood will offer private lots that are a sprawling 1-4 ACRES in size.   Houses in this 60 lot community will be ALL BRICK ranches and two stories, most will offer basements.  Starting in the $250,000 price range, Heatherwood will offer homes comprable to our very popular Wilkerson Mill Park.

 

Arlington Preserve (Presale starting Jan. 2008)
