Warranty Service Process

You can submit a warranty request in 3 ways: 

WEBSITE: Click on the link for Warranty Request Form,  download form, complete information and email to: info@mayfieldhomes.com.

 FAX:          Download the form, fill it out and fax it to 678-397-0926. 

 PHONE:    Leave your detailed message on our Warranty Request    Line at 678-3970924.

 EMERGENCY:  In an emergency (i.e. plumbing leak) refer to: “Emergency Service” below.

Tips to remember when submitting a request:

  1. Be specific – location, detail of item and page number from Handbook.
  2. Be sure to include the date of the request.
  3. Appliances are covered by manufacturer’s warranty, check your manual for details.
  4. A list of contractor’s contact information is located in your home orientation package.

    • Emergency Service: If warranty items occur within either the electrical, plumbing, or heating and air conditioning systems within your residence the following personnel may be contacted directly

    • Based upon the problem, a time will be established to service the system.  Emergencies (i.e. plumbing leak) will be given high priority.  Non- emergency items (i.e. HVAC adjustment) will be scheduled for a service date depending on contractor and homeowner availability.
    • Emergency Items outside of the above: If an emergency service request is needed (i.e. roof leak) it can be called into the office at 678-397-0924. Please provide the following information: Name and address, phone number where you can be reached, and a detailed message of the service issue.
    • 60 Day Adjustment Period: During the first 60 days of residence you can establish a list of items needing minor adjustments (i.e. door latch).  Towards the end of this period this list can be mailed to the service request address and service will be scheduled.  Please review your warranty booklet to assure the items meet the criteria for warranty service
    • One year coverage items.  Please refer to your homeowners handbook to compile your request for one year item.
