Submitting a Request
Before submitting your request you should reference your Homeowner Handbook. This Handbook is a resource for your questions and concerns in your first year of home ownership. The book defines the extent of your one-year limited warranty and where homeowner responsibility ends and Builder responsibility begins. Use the Handbook as a resource to answer maintenance issues that may arise in the first year. We ask that you please reference the chapter and page number from this Handbook that relates to any warranty item you include on the Service Request Form.
